How do we check a date?

Contact our team and we’ll happily check availability for your dream wedding date.

Do you have a one wedding per day policy?

Yes, absolutely. We host only one wedding per day to ensure our full attention is on your celebration.

What price are your wedding packages?

Our 2026 wedding packages start from €97 per person. You can tailor your package or enhance an existing one to suit your day. Enquire here to receive our wedding brochure.

Do you offer discounts or seasonal wedding offers?

Yes! We have exceptional-value packages available from October to March, featuring a range of complimentary extras.

How many guests do you cater for?

Our Ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests. A minimum of 150 guests is required for Friday and Saturday weddings from June to September. We also offer intimate wedding options for smaller gatherings.

What’s included in the welcome reception?

Each package includes a curated welcome reception. Enjoy bottled beer, prosecco, and gin & tonic, along with tea, coffee, juices, and water. Food options include homemade cookies, scones, chessboard sandwiches, canapés, and sliders. Selections vary by package.

Can the drinks reception be held outdoors?

Yes, weather permitting. Your guests can enjoy views of the Glashaboy River and surrounding greenery from our outdoor spaces.

Can we bring our own flowers, table plan, or wedding planner?

Yes, you're welcome to use your own flowers, table plan, or hire a wedding planner to personalise your day.

What table styles do you offer?

We offer round tables that seat 8–12 guests. The top table overlooks the woodland grounds and can be sized to your preference.

What wines are available and how much should we allow per guest?

We offer a comprehensive wine list and recommend half a bottle per guest. You may also bring your own wine with a corkage fee.

Can we block book guest rooms?

Yes, we reserve a number of rooms at a preferential rate and provide you with a promo code for your guests to book online.

When is the deposit due?

We can hold your date provisionally for two weeks. To confirm, a non-refundable deposit of €1,500 is required.

What time do music and the bar close?

Music must finish by 2:00am and the bar also closes at 2:00am.

Can you host our rehearsal dinner and day-after celebration?

Yes! Host your rehearsal dinner in a private room or enjoy a day-after BBQ or cocktail party in our Glassroom.

Are children welcome?

Yes, and we can also arrange babysitting services at an hourly rate.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, coeliac, and all allergy needs - just let us know in advance.

When do we meet to finalise details?

We'll schedule a meeting with your wedding coordinator or senior manager around 8 weeks before your wedding to go through all final arrangements.

How many bedrooms are in the hotel?

We offer 68 bedrooms across three room grades: Lotabeg, Classic, and Executive. (Note: Our 8-bedroom villas are currently unavailable.)

Do you host civil ceremonies?

Yes, we offer several ceremony venues both indoors and outdoors. Options range from intimate spaces to our Ballroom, which can host up to 400 guests.

Can we visit the venue before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage all couples to book a private show-around with one of our Wedding Coordinators. This allows you to explore the grounds, view available ceremony and reception spaces, and ask any questions in person.

Do you offer a tasting menu before the wedding?

Yes, all couples booking a full wedding package are invited to a complimentary menu tasting. This helps you finalise your meal choices and ensure everything suits your taste and preferences.

Is there parking available for our guests?

Yes, we provide free on-site parking with ample space for all wedding guests, including coach access for larger groups.

Do you offer décor packages or styling services?

We include some décor such as flowers, centrepieces, and linen with our packages, but we also work with trusted local suppliers if you wish to explore additional styling options.

Can we personalise our wedding package?

Yes, all our packages are flexible. You can mix and match elements or build a completely bespoke experience with our Wedding Team.

Do you offer entertainment recommendations?

Yes, we work with a range of trusted DJs, live bands, ceremony musicians, and entertainers. We’re happy to share recommendations or liaise directly with your chosen acts.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Cork’s Vienna Woods Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with accessible entrances, rooms, and bathrooms to accommodate all guests comfortably.

Do you have a wet-weather plan for outdoor ceremonies or drinks receptions?

Absolutely. We’ll always reserve an indoor backup location for any outdoor elements of your day, so you never have to worry about the Irish weather.
