The recently refurbished Lotabeg suites take their name from the original sobriquet of the hotel - the Lota Lodge, and the rooms nod to their namesake with a playful mix of the old and new - if walls could talk, the pared back red brick of the exposed fireplaces, which have been carefully reappointed, could certainly tell a tale or two…
The clean aesthetic of the room is juxtaposed with quirky finishes and features like the modern Chinoiserie floral print window dressing, gilded mirrors and velvet quilted vanity chairs upholstered in regal tones and set against a plush verdant green carpet.
Anticipate sinking into a comfortable double bed, dressed in crisp white cottons. The compact shower only en-suite is finished in grey granite with playful and funky recessed lighting.
Guests settling in to the country house surrounds of the Lotabeg Suites can look forward to a delicious evening meal in our award winning restaurant Mabel’s Bistro, or can check out all of the fantastic events, attractions, and things to do while in Cork.
