Your Wedding reception awaits you with a red carpet upon arrival where you and your guests are welcomed to our spacious Drawing Room Area for your Wedding drinks reception which includes all the historic details of the hotel. This includes the Old Front Door, the Spiral Staircase and the classic windows looking out over the forestry and certain parts of the Glashaboy River. After the Wedding Reception drinks and the endless amount of photo opportunities you will follow your guests into one of the most important aspects of your memorable day, the ballroom. The whole room is lit in natural light and will be decorated to your taste, with personalized favours and table pieces to show your style as a couple.
The spacious Ballroom can host up to 400 guests but can also accommodate a more intimate Wedding. It boasts its own dance area, bar, outdoor seating area which is exclusive to you and your guests for the evening. The whole Wedding setting in Vienna Woods is romantic and charming. We have an spacious outdoor area for your guests to enjoy and take photos in. Not to mention after your arrival the abundance of high quality food, chosen by you and yours truly.
We are an approved venue to host your civil ceremony, humanist celebrations, informal ceremonies and partnerships. We offer spacious small or large private function rooms to host your formal civil celebration. Our wedding team are on hand to advise you on choosing a registrar or celebrant and we will personally ensure that even the smallest detail that is important to you is cared for.
