The Munster Suite offers a spacious and adaptable setting designed for medium-sized corporate conferences, seminars, and business meetings. Recently refurbished, this bright, light-filled room comfortably accommodates up to 70 delegates, providing an ideal balance of scale and privacy within our quiet woodland estate. Its welcoming atmosphere and flexible layout make it a popular choice for full-day workshops, company presentations, and private corporate functions.

Room Specifications & Layouts

With a maximum capacity of 70 delegates in a theatre-style configuration, the Munster Suite easily adjusts to suit a wide range of event requirements. For interactive training sessions or group workshops, the room can be arranged in a U-shape layout, a classic boardroom setup for up to 30 attendees, or fitted with round tables for collaborative team discussions. Our dedicated team will prepare the room to your exact layout specifications prior to your arrival.

Floor Plan & Spatial Considerations

The floor plan of the Munster Suite features an extended floor space measuring 10.8 metres in length by 6.2 metres in width, with a distinctive 4.4-metre wide by 1.8-metre deep alcove at the top end of the room. This slight notched variation at the front creates a natural focal point or dedicated stage area for presenters and screens without intruding on delegate seating. We offer various table layouts and food offerings to suit your parties needs, which you can discuss with our team.

The suite benefits from dual access, featuring a primary entrance from the main hotel interior as well as a separate exterior door providing direct access to the car park. Windows positioned along the side wall supply ample natural daylight throughout the day. Planners should note that given the longer 10.8-metre depth of the room, placing the primary display screen at the front alcove ensures clear visibility for delegates seated towards the back, while keeping the walkway between the two entrance doors clear.

Facilities & Dedicated Amenities

Following its recent refurbishment, the Munster Suite is fitted with a 75-inch flat-screen TV for effortless laptop connectivity, alongside options for a traditional LCD projector and screen setup. Integrated storage space has also been added, offering significant convenience for multi-day events or recurring conferences where materials need to be stored securely overnight. Delegates also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a flip chart with markers, still and sparkling water, and ample free parking on site.

IMPORTANT: To connect your laptop we advise organisers to bring their own HDMI cable or display port connection to the TV as we cannot guarantee that we will have the suitable adapter for your device on hand.
