We are currently seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our friendly and professional Food and Beverage Team. You must be flexible with hours and available to work mid-week daytime and evenings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a high-class restaurant or 4-star hotel is essential.
- A high level of customer service is essential.
- Fluent English
As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will be required to work in any of our F&B outlets and deliver an excellent customer service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Have the ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Bistro, and Conference & Events including our wedding functions.
- Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Take and deliver customer orders and requests consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
- Prepare and set up tables in any area of the operation assigned on a working day including service areas for events and or meeting rooms.
- Follow cash handling procedures.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Up-sell with latest departmental incentives.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
