With a maximum capacity of 50 delegates in a theatre-style arrangement, the Maguire Suite can be configured to suit a variety of meeting formats. For executive discussions and board meetings, the space adapts comfortably into a classic boardroom or U-shape setup, while round tables can be arranged for breakout groups and collaborative team exercises. Our events team will prepare and align the room layout to your specific agenda prior to your arrival. We offer various table layouts and food offerings to suit your parties needs, which you can discuss with our team.

Floor Plan & Spatial Considerations

The Maguire Suite features a straightforward rectangular footprint measuring 6.3 metres in width by 7.0 metres in length. Its clear, symmetrical shape allows all delegates an unobstructed line of sight to presentation screens and speakers.

The layout includes two distinct access points: a main entrance connecting directly through the hotel interior on one side, and a separate entrance leading directly to the car park on the opposite side. Windows positioned along the exterior wall ensure a steady flow of natural daylight throughout the day. Planners should note that while the 6.3-metre width is well-suited for boardroom and theatre arrangements, wider staging or extensive display setups may feel tight, so keeping clear pathways between both access doors is recommended when planning seating.

Facilities & Dedicated Amenities

Following its recent refurbishment, the Maguire Suite comes equipped with a modern 75-inch flat-screen TV for easy plug-and-play laptop connectivity, alongside traditional LCD projector and screen facilities. The suite also features integrated storage space, making it convenient for multi-day events or recurring corporate training where materials need to be left securely overnight. Delegates also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a flip chart with pens, still and sparkling water, and ample free parking on site.

IMPORTANT: To connect your laptop we advise organisers to bring their own HDMI cable or display port connection to the TV as we cannot guarantee that we will have the suitable adapter for your device on hand.
