We were delighted to host the recent Original Irish Hotels Autumn Meeting, and what a fantastic day it was!
For those unfamiliar, Original Irish Hotels is a collection of unique, owner-run hotels across all of Ireland. From gorgeous castles to urban boutiques, each hotel reflects its local character, offering guests a warm welcome and unforgettable experiences. This ethos of individuality and authenticity was perfectly reflected in our Autumn Meeting.
A Day of Insights and Inspiration
The day was full of informative presentations and inspiring guest speakers. We were joined by:
- Una Crilly, Leadership Coach and Emotional Intelligence Specialist at Positive Impact, who shared valuable insights on leadership and personal growth.
- Aoife Dunican, founder of The Stylebob and a leading image consultant, who explored how personal branding and style can impact professional presence.
- Siobhán McManamy, Director of Markets & Partnerships at Tourism Ireland, who offered an exciting overview of Ireland’s tourism landscape and emerging opportunities.

A Touch of Local Charm
To round off a successful day of networking and learning, guests enjoyed a guided tour of the Midleton Distillery. A huge thank you to Visit Cork for supporting this experience, it was a truly memorable way to discover Ireland’s whiskey heritage.
The day concluded with a beautiful dinner at the hotel, where guests had the chance to relax, reflect, and celebrate the connections made throughout the day.
It was a wonderful showcase of what makes Original Irish Hotels so special: unique settings, local character, and unforgettable experiences. We look forward to our next members gathering, continuing the tradition of sharing ideas, inspiration, and hospitality that is truly Irish at heart.
