We are delighted to be one of the first hotels in Cork to host a Civil Wedding. There are three venues for Civil Ceremonies

Our Blue Room is perfect for Civil ceremonies of less than 100 and our main ballroom the Magner Suite for larger parties.Vienna Woods Hotel Cork includes complimentary room and set up for all Civil Wedding Receptions. Discounted Rates may also be available for Civil Ceremonies if scheduled on Midweek Dates. We host many Civil Cermeonies every year, they are becoming popular for many reasons and we have developed a good working relationship with the Civil Registrar. The HSE manage this service, and you will need to initially contact your local registrar directly.

Gay Marriages - Civil Partnership / Same Sex Marriage

Same Sex Marriages apply in the exact same way as outlined above. The wedding couple must apply for approval to the Health Service Executive Civil Registration office, Adelaide Court, Adelaide Street, Cork. A member of the HSE registration office will meet you as a couple to review your application. Once satisfied with the hotel and the wedding couple meet the Civil Partnership requirements, approval is then granted. Alternatively some Gay couples choose to have an informal blessing or commitment ceremony which we can host in one of our many indoor space or likewise on our 22 acres of woodlands. ENQUIRE NOW
