The Annual Glanmire Sports Awards, which recognises the work of the unsung individuals and volunteers involved in our local sporting activities and clubs, has extend its reach to include Glanmire District Community Awards and local Business Awards.
Nominate:
· Local sports people who have achieved greatly or who have put spectacular effort into a sport within our community
· Local businesses that have achieved something extraordinary, broken the mould or lead the way in their field
· People who go beyond the call of duty in what they do and take the time to care for and contribute to the good of all in the community
The new Awards system will accept monthly nominations across each of the three categories – Sports, Community and Business – between June 2012 and December 2012 inclusive and one overall winner will be selected each month. Our first winner will be announced 25 June.
